В апреле Госдума рассмотрит законопроект о защите животных. Потребуйте наконец принять его! Подписать петицию Оваким, 20 февраля жители Красноярска обнаружили 30 мешков с обезглавленными трупами собак. Предположительно из их шкур шили обувь... К сожалению, это не первая такая история. В тот день я понял, что ни защитить собак, ни привлечь их убийц к ответственности в принципе невозможно: в России позорно отсутствует «Федеральный закон о защите прав животных». Я – не политический активист, не зоозащитник, а такой же, как и вы, горожанин, который каждый день ездит в метро и видит бездомных собак в подземке, во дворах. Я уверен, что Вы также не раз видели раненых, голодных собак и кошек, выброшенных на улицу. Вы видели мерзавцев, которые вставляют ведерки в зубы собак и клянчат деньги, а потом нередко убивают своих питомцев.  Уже более 10 лет законопроект о защите животных находится в Госдуме и в Администрации Президента. Однако до сих пор его не приняли. Несколько лет назад 106 народных артистов обратились к Владимиру Путину с просьбой принять этот закон, однако ответа также не последовало. Однако уже в апреле Госдума может вновь вернуться к этому вопросу. И это наш шанс!  Я прошу Вас подписать мою петицию и потребовать от Госдумы принять закон о защите животных в Российской Федерации. На примере других онлайн-петиций я убедился, что вместе мы можем добиться решения важных для нас проблем. Но первый шаг - это объединить наши голоса.  Поэтому подпишите мою петицию и потребуйте принять федеральный закон в апреле. Всего пара кликов.
